The H.Y.R.E.D. Blueprint

Mission Statement

The H.Y.R.E.D. Blueprint exists to equip youth with the skills, strategies, and self-confidence needed to successfully navigate the workforce. Rooted in purpose and guided by principles of excellence, this program empowers young people to recognize their potential, build professional habits, and pursue meaningful employment opportunities with boldness and clarity.

We believe every young person deserves a blueprint for success; a plan built on communication, character, commitment, and contribution.

The H.Y.R.E.D. Blueprint is a job readiness initiative designed for students in grades 6–12 (with flexibility for young adults), offering practical guidance and hands-on experiences that prepare them for real-world employment. Through dynamic workshops, reflective exercises, mock interviews, and community service integration, participants will develop both hard and soft skills essential for today’s workforce.


This program is grounded in the 5 Pillars of the H.Y.R.E.D. Blueprint:.

Our online learning programs are designed with your career goals in mind. Whether you're looking to advance in your current job or start a new career, we have the programs and resources to help you succeed.

1. Communication – Crafting resumes, professional emails, and interview responses

2. Character – Building integrity, confidence, and strong work ethic

3. Commitment – Setting employment goals and following through with purpose

4. Contribution – Valuing service, teamwork, and workplace collaboration

5. Calling – Connecting personal strengths and faith-based values to career paths

Key Focus Areas

· Resume and portfolio creation

· Interviewing skills and etiquette

· Volunteer documentation and reflection

· Job applications and follow-ups

· Time management and professional conduct

· Faith, purpose, and identity in the workplace

Program Outcomes

By the end of the program, participants will:

· Complete a polished resume and professional portfolio

· Participate in at least one mock interview

· Log and reflect on 10–20 hours of volunteer or service-based experience

· Demonstrate workplace readiness skills through real-life simulations

· Create a personalized Employment Dreams Blueprint for next steps
